Q: Can I rent equipment for more than a week?

A: Yes, we are very flexible with long term rentals and provide discounted rates for multiple day rentals. You have the option to customize your rental package for the  entire week.

 

Q: What kind of payments do Purple Frog Outfitters accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash.

 

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We currently deliver all beach rentals to Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Fort De Soto, Redington  Beach, North Redington Beach, Redington Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Pass-A-Grille, Sunset Beach and Madeira Beach. Contact Purple Frog Outfitters for any other delivery areas.

 

Q: What makes Purple Frog Outfitters better than other rental services?

A: We believe that our high quality equipment, low rates, great customer service, and quick deliveries are what is going to give us the edge on our competitors.

 

Q: Can I reserve equipment ahead of time?

A: Of course!  We accept reservations or immediate delivery.

 

Q: Can I get a discount for large group rentals?

A: Yes.  For specific group rates just ask us!

 

Q: Does the equipment come with safety equipment?

A: Yes.  Safety equipment is provided when needed.

 

Q: Can I get basic instruction when the equipment is delivered, for free?

 A: Yes.  We provide quick basic instruction for you if needed (we wouldn’t leave you wondering) or we can provide lessons for an inexpensive rate.

 

Q: Can I take the equipment somewhere else?

 A: Yes.  If you would like to go somewhere with the equipment that is too far for us to take, then you may transport the equipment there and back.

 

Q: Is there a maximum amount of beach rental equipment I can rent at one time?

 A: No.  For extremely large orders like corporate events, or family reunions just give us a call.
